Hoppy the Frog's Big Leap

Hoppy lived in a pretty pond. Green lily pads floated on the water. Tall reeds swayed in the breeze. Colorful flowers bloomed all around. Hoppy was a small green frog with big eyes and a friendly smile. Hoppy watched his friends jump high. "Jump, jump," they went. Hoppy tried too. "Hop, hop," he went. But his hops were tiny. Hoppy's face got sad. His shoulders drooped. Hoppy's mom saw him. She was a wise frog with a kind smile. "Keep trying, Hoppy," she said. "You can do it!" Every day, Hoppy practiced. "Hop, hop," he went. He tried and tried. Sometimes he felt tired. But he didn't give up. Hoppy's friends cheered him on. "Go, Hoppy, go!" they said. Hoppy smiled. He kept hopping. He knew one day he would jump high too.

The sun shone bright on the pond. All the frogs gathered for a big jumping contest. Hoppy stood on a big lily pad. He looked nervous but ready. Hoppy's friends cheered, "Go, Hoppy, go!" They were frogs of all colors and sizes. Hoppy took deep breaths. He closed his eyes tight. Everyone watched. The air felt full of excitement. Suddenly, Hoppy jumped! "Big jump!" shouted his friends. Hoppy flew through the air. Higher and higher he went. His eyes got big with surprise. All the frogs looked up in amazement. "Wow, Hoppy!" they cried. Hoppy kept going. He flew over many lily pads. Finally, he landed on a far-away pad. Splash! Hoppy blinked. He couldn't believe it. He had jumped so far! His friends cheered louder. Hoppy smiled big. He had done it!

Hoppy's New Friends Hoppy smiled big. He was ready to teach. Tiny frogs with big eyes gathered around. "Watch me," said Hoppy. He took a big leap. Splash! The little frogs tried too. Hop, hop. Their jumps were small. "Try, try!" said Hoppy. They kept jumping. Day after day, they practiced. The tiny frogs got stronger. Their jumps got higher. "You can do it!" Hoppy cheered. Soon, the little frogs were jumping high. They laughed and smiled. Everyone was so happy! All the frogs had a big jumping party. Big frogs and small frogs jumped together. Hop, hop, jump, jump! It was so much fun. Hoppy's mom watched proudly. She saw how Hoppy helped his new friends. "Well done, Hoppy," she said. Hoppy learned that if you try hard and never give up, you can do anything. And helping others makes you feel good too!
